Elites Care has been certified by DDS D.C. , DBHDS VA, ODP PA; all federal agencies, to provide support for persons with intellectual and developmental disability. This is a person centered program, aimed at empowering the person to overcome their physical or behavioral state. We aim to ensure that the persons we support are able to integrate in their community, with the help of our professionally trained staff.

Companion services

In-Home Support

Elites Care provides personal person centered services to persons with disabilities within their homes. However, the services could also be rendered in the community for persons who do not wish to stay at home throughout the service delivery period. All activities are tailored to the person, with goals and activity planning done with the assistance of the person receiving the service or an advocate. We make sure that the person we support’s priorities come first.

Companion Services

Elites Care’s companion services are provided to persons with disabilities, helping them with various activities they wish to get involved in within their communities. Our elite staff are trained to help the persons we serve by acting as companions, helping the persons easily assimilate within their community and also help with other activities which the persons want to do.

Respite Daily

Elites Care offers a short term care for persons with disabilities, so that their family won’t have to worry about care provision when they are out of town or unavailable to attend to the needs of their loved ones.
